1. About VBS Ministries

VBS Ministries (Vacation Bible School & Christian Education Ministries) is a ministry of SOUTH INDIA BIBLICAL SEMINARY, also known as SIBS Ministries, a registered society bearing registration No. 29/72-73 (Kolar), dated 28 September 1972. The society’s registered office is Post Box 20, Anandagiri, Bangarapet – 563114, Kolar District, Karnataka, India. Our VBS contact office is in Bengaluru at the address below. Our website provides information about Vacation Bible School curriculum, training, ministry resources, supply centres, and materials available to order.

2. Accounts and permitted use

Accounts and purchases must be managed by a person aged 18 or above with authority to act for any named church or organisation. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, keep login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit unauthorised information, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorised access, or copy resources in breach of their licence. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security risks or misuse, while preserving applicable rights relating to existing orders.

3. Products, prices, and orders

Check the selected curriculum, year, language, level, quantities, address, and delivery option before placing an order. Availability, prices, taxes, and delivery or forwarding charges are shown through the product and checkout information applicable to your order. The final checkout total is the amount presented for payment.

An order acknowledgement or payment reference confirms receipt of the request or payment; fulfilment remains subject to stock and verification. If we cannot fulfil an order, or identify a material listing or pricing error, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancel and refund the affected amount. We will not increase the amount payable on an existing order without your agreement.

4. Payment and delivery

Use the payment methods offered at checkout. Online payments are processed through Razorpay where available, and payment must be successfully verified before an order is treated as paid. Contact us if money is debited but the order remains unpaid; avoid repeated payment until the earlier attempt has been checked.

Delivery or collection depends on the chosen method, destination, stock, and the relevant supply centre or delivery provider. Any estimate communicated is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise. Provide a complete address and reachable contact number, and report delivery issues promptly. If an order is undelivered, materially delayed, damaged, or incorrect, the remedies in our refund policy and applicable law remain available.

5. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Our Cancellations and Refunds Policy explains how to request cancellation, report product problems, and seek a refund. Any specific product or event conditions should be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that applicable law requires us to provide.

6. Curriculum and digital resources

Unless a resource expressly states otherwise, VBS Ministries or the identified rights holder retains the copyright in curriculum, illustrations, publications, and other website content. Use purchased or downloaded resources within the permission or licence supplied with them. A purchase does not automatically authorise reproduction for resale, redistribution of digital files, or commercial publication. Ask us if the intended classroom or church use requires clarification.

Where digital products are offered, check the stated format, access conditions, and device requirements before purchase. Free resources have no purchase amount to refund. We will address problems with paid access in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

7. Training and donations

Where training or event bookings are offered, dates, venue, fees, and any specific cancellation conditions will be communicated before booking. If VBS cancels a paid event, we will offer a refund of the affected fee or an alternative with your agreement.

Where donations are accepted, they are voluntary contributions and do not purchase goods or services. We do not promise a particular tax deduction or exemption unless explicitly supported by the applicable documentation. Contact us about an accidental or duplicate contribution.

8. Website availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but occasional errors, maintenance, and interruptions may occur. Third-party links and services have their own terms. We are responsible for obligations relating to our own goods and services as required by law; we do not guarantee third-party websites or uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from website interruptions or misuse of content. This does not exclude responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law, complaints, and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be brought before the courts or consumer authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. Contact JAD Samuel first so we can try to resolve the issue. Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month, subject to any shorter period required by law.

Updates will be posted with a revised date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
